the Collectors

the Collectors commisioned by Liz Williamson and Object to accompany a travelling exhibition. It formed part of a travelling exhibition supported by Object and the Australia Council. The series was shot over a number of weeks in outdoor locations.

I was interested in ideas of fabric as being a proto-architecture. Themes of wrapping, containment and protection.The locations needed to be devoid of any human structure.
